| The breakdown of any relationship can
be very upsetting and confusing especially where children and/or
property are involved.
We have an experienced Family team, which is headed by our Senior Partner, whose aim is to try to resolve family matters as amicably as they can by negotiating agreements. When necessary we will issue court proceedings to protect your interests and we aim to conduct proceedings decisively and effectively thereby minimising the costs to you on both a financial and emotional basis. We have experience of dealing with the most complex of divorce disputes and the financial claims that arise from them as well as with dealing with the most simplest of divorces. Before you can divorce you must have been married for at least one year and be able to show that your marriage has broken down irretrievably based on one of the following grounds:
